Venice, Italy, with its timeless allure and unique meeting spaces, provided the perfect picturesque backdrop for an unforgettable 5-day corporate retreat designed for 350 guests arriving from all corners of the globe.
A Grand Water Taxi & Vaporetto Welcome
Upon arrival at Venice's Marco Polo Airport, participants were treated to a truly unique welcome - a leisurely water taxi or vaporetto ride through the enchanting canals to their hotel. Upon reaching our hotel, guests were warmly greeted with big hugs, company-branded luggage tags, and shirts before celebrating everyone’s big in person reunion at the Welcome Dinner.
Mornings in Venice: A Perfect Start
Each morning began with a range of optional activities, from yoga and meditation to a mini HIIT workout or casual walks. This invigorating start was followed by a truly spectacular breakfast, complete with cappuccinos and the hotel's legendary pistachio croissants. As participants gathered in the Venetian Ballroom, the day commenced with insights into local history and the introduction of daily Italian phrases.
Dynamic Days in Venice
The time between breakfast and lunch was dedicated to a diverse array of workshops, speaker sessions, and panel discussions. In the afternoons, employees had the opportunity to sign up for various activities, including boat rides, guided cultural walking tours, headshot sessions, and relaxing breathwork or massage sessions.
Balmy Evenings
Evening programming added a dash of excitement to the retreat. From a lively Tuesday Dance Party to a Wednesday Talent Show, the week was filled with opportunities for bonding with collegues from around the globe usually confined to a zoom screen. The grand finale was a themed costume Rooftop Party, offering panoramic views of the Canal and San Marco Square, creating unforgettable memories.
